In my mind The Phantom looks like he is in his mid 40's. He's quite tall and and well-built. He has slicked back, short, straight, dark hair with sideburns. His face is lean, pale and his jaw line very noticable; he also has some wrinkles, all of this, of course, on the half of his face that we can see. The skin on the other half of his face is destroyed. His eyes are blue, his mouth has thin lips and he has a turned-up nose.

He is secretive, passionate, a musical genius, a controlling person -demonstrated with how he controlls people at the opera-. I think that all he needs -as we see reflected in the story- to become a good person is to recieve love instead of hatred, fear and rejection.
